Obras International proudly supplied the architectural cladding materials for this iconic project, supporting the delivery of high-performance façade solutions that complement the building’s refined architectural identity.

The façade design incorporates natural wood veneer panels from Parklex Prodema and engineered wood composite cladding from WoodN, used for wave-pattern soffits, louvers, and cladding applications. These materials were selected for their ability to combine natural aesthetics, durability, and long-term performance in Dubai’s demanding climate.

More than 16,000 sqm of façade panels were installed throughout the project, ensuring both visual warmth and structural resilience while maintaining the building’s luxury character.
