The JESS Arabian Ranches Campus incorporates a high-performance façade system using Equitone fibre cement boards. Designed for durability, thermal efficiency, and aesthetic appeal, the façade combines 10mm thick panels with a ventilated 50mm air cavity and 80–100mm insulation backing, delivering a calculated U-value of 0.195 W/m²K. The white-textured panels feature subtle sanding lines and natural spots, creating a modern, refined façade.
