Dubai Hills Business Park is a large-scale commercial development located in Dubai Hills Estate, developed by Emaar Properties. Designed as a modern campus-style office destination, the project spans 429,000 ft² of land area with a built-up area of approximately 1.46 million ft², accommodating premium office spaces, retail facilities, and integrated parking infrastructure.

OBRAS International, a specialist in architectural façade and cladding materials across the GCC, supplied Parklex Prodema architectural wood panels for the façade design, contributing to the project’s distinctive architectural identity and high-performance exterior envelope.

Architectural Design

The development consists of four commercial office buildings and a dedicated parking structure, designed with a modernist façade defined by a precise grid system. While the façade initially appears minimal and structured, subtle variations in the horizontal grid spacing gradually expand from the ground floor to the roof, creating visual depth and architectural rhythm.

Recessed wood-textured façade panels from Parklex Prodema add warmth and dimension to the otherwise geometric composition, framing window openings and enhancing the building’s contemporary aesthetic.
