Innovative Architectural & Façade Design

The architectural vision for the Bassam Freiha Art Foundation was developed by ADD Consultants in collaboration with Obras International, delivering a refined cultural building that merges aesthetic sophistication with high-performance façade engineering.

The project features a premium ventilated façade system using large-format EQUITONE Tectiva TE10 fibre cement panels. Known for their through-coloured composition and natural sanded finish, the panels emphasize the authentic texture of fibre cement while offering exceptional durability, weather resistance, and low-maintenance performance in the demanding GCC climate.

The façade system integrates advanced CNC perforation capabilities, enabling architectural flexibility and visual depth while supporting sustainable building envelope performance. The natural tonal quality of the cladding enhances the artistic identity of the foundation, creating a timeless exterior that reflects both contemporary architecture and cultural heritage.
