The architectural vision for the Bassam Freiha Art Foundation was developed by ADD Consultants in collaboration with Obras International, delivering a refined cultural building that merges aesthetic sophistication with high-performance façade engineering.
The project features a premium ventilated façade system using large-format EQUITONE Tectiva TE10 fibre cement panels. Known for their through-coloured composition and natural sanded finish, the panels emphasize the authentic texture of fibre cement while offering exceptional durability, weather resistance, and low-maintenance performance in the demanding GCC climate.
The façade system integrates advanced CNC perforation capabilities, enabling architectural flexibility and visual depth while supporting sustainable building envelope performance.
