07 Feb DecustiK
DECUSTIK, a Spanish based company, designs and builds acoustic and decorative wood panels for walls, dropped ceiling, and furniture for auditoriums, theaters, restaurants, hotels, and all kind of projects that require technical indoor conditioning & design.
The Decustik Acoustic Panels are installed on walls and ceilings to reduce sound reflection and thus reduce reverberation, increasing the acoustic quality of any type of room. Different drilling patterns provide the panels with different levels of absorption at different frequencies.
Besides, the panels are durable and environmentally friendly.
DECUSTIK offers 4 Different Acoustic Systems:
coustic panel system with high technical and aesthetic qualities. At the technical level it has a high absorption coefficient.
Aesthetically it has a linear design, elegant and discreet, very suitable for acoustic conditioning that requires a high level.
Applications:
Acoustic correction with high aesthetic level. Suitable for walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
2430mm x 128mm
16mm thick
Core and Finishes:
The core is always MDF in standard and fireproof versions. Surface finishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options available on request.
Decustik plus panels have always a built-in veil on its back, in order to improve its sound absorbing qualities.
Perforated panels are the most economical way to get an acoustic treatment with a high degree of absorption. With several variations of patterns and whole diameters, different levels of absorption and aesthetic results can be achieved.
Applications:
Acoustic correction. Applicable to walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
There are versions in large dimension panels for continuous walls and ceilings and also standardized ceiling panels in different versions to install with visible, semi-hidden, hidden and hidden practicable profiling.
- Wall covering panels:
2400×1200, 2400×600 and 1200x60mm 16mm thick
- Ceilings:
1200×600, 1200×300 and 600×600
12mm thick
Core and Finishes:
The core is always MDF in standard or fireproof versions. Surface finishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options on request.
The panels may incorporate to the back and as an option, an acoustic veil to improve the sound absorbing qualities of the panel.
With a wide variety of finishes, measurements and mounting systems, they adapt to any type of space and style.
Decustik micro-perforated wood panels offer a high degree of sound absorption and a wide range of decorative finishes.
Decorative and Acoustic Properties:
The surface of these panels is covered with tiny micro-perforations that trap the noise and reduce sound reverberation in the room.
Almost Invisible Holes:
With 0.5mm, micro-perforations every 2.7mm and 137,000 holes per square meter. The micro-perforated Decustik panels achieve class “B” sound absorption certificate.
Materials:
Micro-perforated Decustik panels are manufactured on MDF) with micro-perforations on the visible side and big holes in the back side to improve absorption coefficient of the panels.
Wide Range of Finishes:
Finishes available are varnished wood veneer, melamine and RAL or NCS lacquered. Also, through colored fiber board panels are available.
Panel sizes
2400×600, 1200×600 and 600×600 mm
16mm thick
With slotted panels, it is possible to achieve installations that meets high level of absorption and a high aesthetic level at a medium cost. With different sort of patterns and groove width, different levels of absorption and different aesthetic results can be achieved.
Applications:
Acoustic correction. For walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
- Wall lining:
2400×1200, 2400×600 and 1200x600mm
16mm thick
- Ceilings:
1200×600, 1200×300 and 600×600
12mm thick
Materials and Finishes:
The core is always MDF in standard or fireproof versions. Surface finishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options on request. The plates may incorporate to the back and as an option, an acoustic veil to improve the sound absorbing qualities of the panel.
Acoustic Panel Flexible Wood:
Acoustic and decorative panel in curved wood Decustik by Dukta
Description of the System:
Decustik by Dukta manufacturing system give the wood flexible properties and acoustic absorption. The studied incisions in the wooden panels convert them into flexible, acoustic and beautiful.
Products
Curved Decustik by Dukta panels can be installed on walls and ceilings, or used as a component for the manufacturing of all types of furniture, lamps or space separators. The different machining models differ considerable in terms of their appearance, from simple and soft patterns to more ornamental designs. The different models make it possible to use them in different types of environment. The different type of incisions:

Materials and finishes
Several models are available for fast delivery. It is possible to apply this manufacturing technique to many types of wooden boards. Panels can be finished with different types of protective varnishes and oils.
Installation systems
The curved Decustik by Dukta panels are installed on a structure, usually made of wood. The curved shapes of the structure are transferred to the panel. To facilitate the assembly we have several solutions and anchoring clips.
